COVID-19 (Coronavirus) has affected everyone in these unprecedented times, and things can seem unsettling, uncertain and confusing. We would like to reassure you that you are still part of the Chilton Trinity community, and every member of staff is still here to provide you with support and guidance. We will keep you updated with information, here on this page.
Your time at school may have ended sooner than expected, but remember, everything that you have done to this point stands in you in good stead as you move onto the next chapter of your journey.

We have created a year 11 team for you to get in contact with your Tutors and classmates.
Your tutors are still here to give you support and would love to hear from you. All you need is your school email account that will still continue to work right up until prom.
If you need help getting access to you school email, please contact email@example.com
Here are some answers to a few questions that you might have.
How will my grades be calculated?
Teachers will be asked to provide two pieces of information for each subject based on what they know about your work and achievements:
- The grade they believe you were most likely to achieve if teaching, learning and exams had happened as planned.
- Within each subject, the order of students, by performance, for each grade. This information will be used to standardise judgements – allowing fine tuning of the standard applied across schools and colleges by OFQUAL.
Teachers will be asked to take into account a range of things like classwork and homework; results in assignments, PPE exams, non-exam assessment or coursework, and general progress and attitude during the course.
When will I get my results?
GCSE results day is on Thursday 20th August 2020. School will be open from 9.30am until 11.00am for you to collect your results. If you are not able to come into school on the day to collect results, they may be collected by a parent or carer (proof of identity will be required). Any results not collected by 11am on 20th August will be posted to your home address by 2nd class post. If you are unable to collect your results, you can request for them to be posted by 1st class post by providing a stamped addressed envelope with written instructions to the school reception. Please send this request by post whilst social distancing measures remain in place. If you have any reason to believe your address details may not be up to date, please contact the school office via this email address firstname.lastname@example.org. If the circumstances and arrangements for collection change, we will contact you nearer the time.
Where is my leavers hoodie?
The school leavers hoodies have been delivered, please contact the school if you have not received yours.
Are we still going to have a prom?
We have provisionally booked the prom for Thursday November 12th at Quantock Lakes.
Further information will be out soon.
Will we still get a yearbook?
A yearbook is being produced and we keep you updated on its progress.
