Parental concern about inappropriate use of Fronter Virtual Learning Environment during school holidays
Parents or carers that have a concern about cyber bullying or inappropriate use of language/images within Fronter Virtual Learning Environment during a school holiday should send an email to e-concerns@somerset.gov.uk .
Please provide:
Name of schoolThe Local Authority will take the necessary immediate action and then report the matter to the school involved who will be able to follow up the incident when term recommences. This email box is only monitored on week days during Somerset school holidays. Any incident which occurs during the school week or weekends during term time should be reported to your child’s school.
