Our Pastoral system is based on Form Tutors and Pastoral Team Leaders with support from the two Deputy Headteachers and the Headteacher.
Our aim is to ensure all of our students achieve their full potential. Supporting students to reach this goal is a high priority for us and to enable this to happen we have a large team of people working with our young people.

When you get it right you can expect:
- Verbal Praise
- A House Point in your Planner
- A phone call home from the subject teacher
- A certificate from your tutor, Pastoral Team Leader, the Senior Team
- A letter from the Head
- A reward place
When you get it wrong you may:
- Get a verbal warning
- Be asked to move seats
- Get a phone call home from the subject teacher
- Be sent to another teacher’s class
- Be removed by a member of the senior staff
- Excluded
