The aim of our pastoral system is to ensure that each individual student is helped to develop educationally and socially

throughout his or her secondary career, in order to achieve the highest standards possible in all aspects of school life.

 Upon entry to year seven, students are placed in a Tutor group and normally remain with their Tutor throughout their school

careers. The Tutor becomes the key person who knows the child and family well and can therefore provide a constant point of

contact for parents. Close links are also developed and maintained through the Head of Year.
