Prospectus-Complaints Procedure

Section 23 of the Education Reform Act 1988 requires the County Council to set up a process for dealing with complaints about the curriculum, collective worship or any other matter in schools.  Details of the Complaints Procedure are available on request from Public Libraries in Somerset or from the Head’s Personal Assistant.  Normally parents who have a serious concern contact the Head at the school initially to discuss an issue.
