Chilton Trinity School

Mission Vision & Values

Our Mission our moral purpose and intention is for all stakeholders to be a member of:

A school community where everyone belongs, everyone is valued, and everyone can thrive.

From September 2024, our aspiration is for all members of our school community to live and breathe our mission, vision and values. Our Mission Statement and Values will inform every decision we make for the greater good of everyone who belongs to our school community, enabling everyone to thrive in every way.

Our Mission truly sets out our core purpose, why we exist and will rightly inform every decision every member of the school community makes in self-interest or for others.

Our Vision now and for the future is for everyone to thrive in a community where:

Success Breeds Success

Our Values we expect everyone in our school community to:

  • Work Hard
  • Be Kind
  • Be Ambitious
  • Be Curious
  • Be Proud

Our core values will help us to deliver our Mission and to realize our Vision. They will enable all stakeholders, be it students, staff, governors, leaders, parents or carers, to reap the rewards of our Mission and Vision being achieved. If everyone in our school community can embody our core values, we will be developing people who can add value beyond our own community, with the potential to contribute positively to our local, national and global community, now and in the future.

We are confident we are a strong school community that can truly bring our Mission and Vision to fruition by living and breathing our Core Values. We have high expectation of everyone, as we believe if we let ourselves off; we let ourselves down.
