Chilton Trinity School

Welcome

Headteacher’s Welcome

Chilton Trinity School is proud to be a thriving 11-16 co-educational school serving the community of Bridgwater and the surrounding areas.

Ms K Deady, Headteacher

We are fortunate to belong to the Futura Learning Partnership, a family of 27 primary and secondary schools across the South-West. Being part of the Futura Learning Partnership provides us with huge scope and potential to impact positively on various aspects of school life, and the shared Futura Learning Partnership values of Respect, Opportunity, Collaboration and Aspiration underpin everything we do as a school community. We appreciate the respect and support Futura offers to each of its schools as they actively encourage each school to reflect and represent the individuality and identity of the local community it serves.

Our aim at Chilton Trinity School is simple – within a safe environment we strive to offer a high-quality educational experience, where students are cared for by our exceptional pastoral support team and are academically challenged to be the absolute best they can be. We are working hard to remove every barrier to learning so that all students have the opportunity for academic success, enabling them to make good choices in their next steps beyond life at school and into the future.

Unapologetically, we have high expectations of every member of the school community in relation to attendance, behaviour and academic achievement. Our students know it is not enough to simply attend school every day – they need to embrace every opportunity they are given, not only in the classroom, but also with the wide range of opportunities they can participate in through our strong House system, extra-curricular activities and visits.

Only the best is good enough for our students and from our students.

We have worked hard to create a strong school community where there is a real sense of belonging, built on mutual trust and respect between students and staff. We are relentless in expecting the absolute best from everyone, maintaining good standards and improving where we know we can be better and we are proud that our parents and carers support us as trusted educational professionals, to make every decision based on the best interests of our students.

If you would like to find out more about our school, or would like to arrange a visit, please contact a member of our reception team who will be more than happy to assist you.

As the new Headteacher, I am already extremely proud to belong to the Chilton Trinity School community.
